My Pals took her first partial dose of Albrioza - 1/5 of a dose. Good thing we played it safe, later that day she was faced with severe cramps and diarrhea.

I'm interested to know how others have fared, and if you had GI problems, did your body become accustomed to the drug in time?

In the trial they said people with gi issues mostly resolved after a month or so

My experience- had been already taking the tudca component at 1000 ( the dose that is in one packet) but it took me a long time to titrate up from 250 because of gi issues. I was well acclimatized though. Hesitant I started relyvrio 1/2 packet ( fine) but when I went to the full packet it made me so ill I did not persistent.

I wonder if she could try low dose tudca and then if tolerating change to low dose relyvrio then add a tudca to that then switch to more relyvrio? If you are afraid to persist with relyvrio it might be worth running it by the doctor? For me it wasn’t worth the quality of life hit but I was in a plateau and am ultra slow progressing. I might have decided differently at another stage or with a more classic progression
