    Hi Tillie,

    I am sending this directly to you b/c I feel like you could help. Everything that started with me was in my limbs - but for months now my throat/tongue has been a serious issue. It started with serious throat clearing and now I find myself with a tongue that feels super heavy on the right side. Makes me slur words - and I find myself choking on soda and having to use my finger to get food out of the back of my throat. I can still move my tongue but I totally feel a difference. In your experience, did the bulbar issues start with a weird feeling of the tongue or did it go straight to slurring of words?

    Yep, in a nutshell Tillie. I have been keeping a day to day diary for the past 15 months (or so), not just about Julie but everything that happens to her, myself and in life generally which has 6671 entries since 02 Aug 2014, there are highs and lows (many lows)

    Sometimes I read from the begin and realise how fast Julie is deteriorating... especially the last 3 months from yesterday

    I completely agree with you, but how do i start a new threat. I don't mean to hijack anyone's thread, just don't know how to start it.
