Anyone know if a Navage Nasal Rinse can be used safely?

Based on its being sort of suction-lite, yes, if the PALS swallows well enough not to aspirate excess fluid/should it cause irritation.

But if you have an olive tip attachment for your existing suction machine (if you have one), you might try that on the lowest setting, first.

A baby nasal aspirator might be a first step since it isn't "powered" and therefore has the highest safety factor of the alternatives above.

We have had some success with the Novage but are being extremely careful using the suction machine at the same time. Does seem to get my wife relief shortly afterward.
