Jack I am having the same EXACT symptoms you are having. Constant muscle twitching especially at night, my left calf has shrunk and has constant twitches, I have severe muscle pain and fatigue in both my upper legs, it comes and goes and the bottom of my feet hurt. The other night I though I saw flashes. It was really weird. The docs all tell me it's stress and anxiety just like they told you. All blood work is normal. I need to get a hold of you asap and see if you found the problem or what is going on. I realize you posted this 3 years ago so I hope I can still reach you.
