69and a half yrs old white male very active was going to gym 3 hrs per day , started w left drop foot back in nov 2024 Live alone w two shitzu puppies ,divorced 10 years ago Final diagnosis of ALS from Dr Hoffman Mayo Clinic waiting for first visit ti UT San Antonio w neuro muscular doctor on June 16th Carlayne Jackson MD My treatment and followup will continue in San Antonio Very hard adjusting been using walker since 3mos ago spacsisity in both lags and very stiff lower back and legs Right side ok still so i can still drive Nights are the worst hard to get comfortable, loss of Balance is my biggest problem Taking 2 mg Tazidol for spasisity its helping will be moving in care giver this summer and as i advance to wheel chair my only daughter will come live with me permanently Doing Physical Therapty 2 times per wk to maintain what i have
