    Thanks for the suggestions, @KimT . The main point on your list that I haven't implemented is point 5. I should give that a try. I must say that removing caffeine seems to have had the biggest overall positive effect. For others who have my symptoms, definitely remove caffeine from the diet.

    I can certainly relate to what you've mentioned. I have had many weird sensations, but I, like you, can't tell if I'm just hyperfocusing on "weirdness" now that I would have otherwise just brushed off as a fluke. It's difficult to know. But the Google rabbit hole doesn't help.
