Best of luck with your appt next Monday Steve, and hope you get a great Care Team behind you.

Great job getting things done as you have the last couple weeks, and sorry for your challenges. Prayers for a slow progression for you.

Again, my symptoms remain strictly bulbar yet, but all good information, when things may change for me. . .

Have a good evening ~

HI, I too am a newbie and have found great advice from my community OT and PT whilst I wait for MND specialist services to pick me up.
It took a while for me to realise, amongst all the organising of appliances I needed rest and time to process; time with family and friends- just to be!
Be kind to yourself!
My one invaluable item? Stairlift.
Good luck
