ALS or PLS?

Hi, I 51yr male who suffer from Imbalance, ankle spasticity, exaggerated knee jerks, weak & heavy lower legs, unsteady gait, clumsiness, etc. Slow movements etc. ACDF c56 done 3 months ago in vain. Could this be ALS or PLS? All started from heavy legs. Cognition ok. Brain and spinal code MRIs don't show any patches. Your opinions pl?

Hard to say. The next step is to see a neurologist and ask them if you should be concerned and if so about what. They will recommend an EMG or other testing based on their findings.
