For 7 months I have been experiencing twitches all over my body especially on my feet, calfs, and right deltoid. My legs and feet feel weak and tight the majority of the day. I have been keeping very busy in my life but can seem to shake these symptoms. My limbs get tired frequently especially with stairs. I don't see any true loss of strength and nobody notices but myself. Went to family doc 4 months ago and everything check out fine. I suffer from anxiety, but this has been going on for 7 months. I am 32 years old. Do you think I would see worse symptoms by now? I can do push up, walk on heels/toes, run, but feel weak when doing it. I would love some feed back.

Twitches mean nothing.

Wow thank you great reply!

Jacob you supposedly stopped coming here as it wasn't good for your mental health, but you still haven't let this go.

7 months and no progression of symptoms - you need to get mental health help mate, you are wasting your life being anxious about this. We are just strangers on the internet, get your doctor to help you address every issue fully. All the best.
