This EMG does not suggest ALS since there is no acute denervation. I would follow up with your GP and neurologist as regards next steps.

Thankyou for taking time getting back to me and ive spoke to the Nero and they saying they don’t know what’s causing it.. I’m 32 and still not getting any answers which it’s really affect my life and I’ve got a follow up soon but do you think this could be early signs Thankyou

Hi I’ve got to wait 5 weeks to see neurologist again but do you think this could be early sign as I’ve lost muscle at back of my neck and arms
Thanks

As lgelb stated above, no. Nor does the neurologist. And the EMG does not show signs either. Focusing on ALS despite no signs may be obscuring the issue and causing delay in finding out what the real issue is.

Thank you for taking time this is what they said on the report but when I put this in ChatGPT it’s says this could be early signs because I’ve got twitches muscle lost and tremors/twitches in my fingers none stop struggling with fine motor skills and full on cramps in legs and my right foot feels off with tremors in toes and it like try lean to the side

Chat gpt is not a doctor annd recent studies have shown they misdiagnosis as well as give misinformation. You are free to believe them and not us of course but you are not free to continue arguing. No more post until you have had your follow up visit please
