Please help me my legs still twitch and i have pain. Ive avgeraged around 10 miles a day. one day i did 10 60 flights of stairs incuding 20 flights walking up and down no breaks sprints skipping every other step 23 box jumps of 24 in 15 in a row sprints of around 7mph body hangs 28 second im 300lb picked up and walked with 100lb dumbell each hand and can do stair sprins in under 3.7 seconds. Plus staie clapping pushups and 128 pills pick up in a minute and 28 seconds. Is it possible to have als and do tbis ?

Hi there-

Make sure to read here: Read Before Posting. Twitching absent clinical weakness, the addition of sensory issues, symptoms that come and go or improve means something else. So there you go- your neurologist, who is a medical professional and who examined you and found no sign of ALS knows what they're talking about.

If you are struggling to believe your neurologist despite the facts presented, you may need to address your anxiety while you also work with a physio to address any lingering physical issues.

Take care.
