Hi All, I am posting on here as I have some how got it into my head I have ALS despite my neurologist thinking the contrary.

After Covid, I was experiencing some heaviness from my legs and tingling in my feet. I was referred to a neurologist. I had physical exam, head and spine MRI, bloods and EMG all were fine. However 2 months ago, after the EMG, I have started twitching in my calves and other random places. When I looked this up on Dr Google ALS was sighted as a cause. I am wondering if the EMG and test would have showed something prior. I have no noticeable weakness. For me, this is now a self fulfilling prophecy where the more I think about it the worse the symptoms get.

Find a more productive way to occupy your time, because you don't have ALS. A physio should be able to advise you how best to help your legs and feet.
