During the day when I’m sitting in my chair at my desk with an under shirt, shirt and pants on my body seems to be very sensitive to the room temperature, 78 seems too warm but 75 feels chilly. Is such a three degree difference common to other PALS ?
I like the bed room cool (70) when I am in bed at night, All my life I have slept nude with the sheet and my favorite blanket, if the room creeps up to 73 I feel warm.
Again, do other PALS have a narrow temperature tolerance.
I was told by my PCP it maybe because I have lost so much weight.
Ann doesn’t seem to have a problem if the house gets warm… even 80 degrees.
But... outside 85 doesn't bother me, anything much above that I don't spend a lot of time outdoors. Before...
90+ didn't bother me at all.
We have a new programmable thermostat… it just doesn’t seem to want to program to that narrow. Our HAVC unit is only 3 years old, It has an outdoor temperature sensor. So… if the temp outdoor is 70 degrees and I set it at 70 (cool) it will let the temp creep up to 73 before the unit comes on and other settings too.
Our HAVC company is going to come here… like everything today the new thermostat didn’t come with a damned book. Maybe we aren’t programming it right.
To get back to the question... are other PALS so temperate sensitive?
Anyway… guess I got into rambling again.
