I always use Tobii dunavox Windows control software to navigate my Windows 10 computer.
I recently started to use eviacam with Tobii "warp on mouse move" which is part of Tobii gaming hub software.
So if you're having trouble using eviacam alone, because your neck hurts or you have trouble moving your neck too much, buy any Tobii eye tracker and enable "warp on mouse move" in its software.
For example, whenever I look at the top right and move my head so slightly towards the top right, the mouse cursor would jump to the top right.
