If you have any vaccines that you want and have been procrastinating about get them now. Vaccine coverage under medicare part d is determined by what is approved by the fda/ cdc. You may have seen the old vaccine committee was fired. A new one has been appointed and will be meeting June25-27. I expect private insurance will follow suit if recommendations change
This is the meeting agenda
Matters To Be Considered: The agenda will include discussions on anthrax vaccines, chikungunya vaccines, COVID-19 vaccines, cytomegalovirus (CMV) vaccine, Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine, influenza vaccines, Lyme disease vaccine, meningococcal vaccines, pneumococcal vaccines, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSVi vaccines for adults, and RSV vaccines for maternal and pediatric populations. Recommendation votes are scheduled for COVID-19 vaccines, HPV vaccine, influenza vaccines, meningococcal vaccine, RSV vaccines for adults, and RSV vaccine for maternal and pediatric populations. Vaccines for Children (VFC) votes are scheduled for COVID-19 vaccines, HPV vaccine, influenza vaccines, and RSV vaccines. Agenda items are subject to change as priorities dictate. For
more information on the meeting agenda, visit ACIP Meeting Information.

Right now you can choose to have them or not. This post is not for discussion of pro/ con vaccine
