    Alcohol and tobacco, makes ALS worse?

    I have heard that alcohol and smoking makes ALS worse and or could be one of the root causes. Has anyone come across any information about this? I have a very slow progression with the disease and my neurologist didnt seem to think it was much of a factor. I smoke less than a pack a day and...
