    how can we rule out ALS?

    IF ANY ONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS INFORM ME PLEASE: I want to know which laboratory tests support or rule out ALS ( except EMG)? Iwant to know in someone who has foot drop in one food and EMG of other limbs is clear , what are the other probable diseases? please inform me as soon as getting late .

    Foot Drop.

    Hi All, Would anybody know how long it takes to develop foot drop once the leg muscles have begun to weaken? Is it immediate, days weeks, months? I didn't recognise my leg weakness for what it was, so i'm not sure how long my legs have in fact been weak. :oops:
