Awesome Max - you are my hero! We are doing ours tonight in our little community. It's amazing the awareness that has been created and the money that has been raised thus far.

I'm talking to MND NSW today and planning to do one next week. I'm just wanting to think it through a little (yeah I know the ice and water is a no-brainer). I'm going to try to get media coverage of me doing it and be challenging high profile people here in my community, so I want to think carefully what to say about the disease itself.

I may be able to get 1 or 2 of the local PALS to be there with me even.

Of course for us it's the middle of winter, so it's particularly challenging!
