Trying to make the most informed decision on which medication is very hard when you don’t have all the information so the more the better. And I do realize when hearing from people in trials that a plateau might just be their natural disease progression, and will take that into consideration when deciding what route to take. BUT given time restrictions sharing information good/bad is important (at least IMO). Unfortunately I’m finding the more you know the more it seems there really isn’t anything that works

New Drug Application, which has to be approved before a drug can be marketed.
Other countries have similar processes, though they also go through cost-effectiveness analysis in countries that have single-payor systems.
