I had my first round of Botox in July. It has had mixed results either it helps during the day or it works for a couple of hours then the excessive saliva starts again. At bedtime I have 2 drops of Atropine placed under the tongue and take some Mucenix for any excess phlegm.
The doctor wanted me to contact him at 6 weeks after the injections to let him know how it was working. I explained that it works for awhile at best. He said that he started me on the lowest dose and will increase it when I see him in October.
