Oh, that was a new brand for me (Achairgo).
The thing is, most PALS don't buy those because they're not useful that long -- when someone loses head/neck/leg control, which usually happens to some extent a year or two into the diagnosis, they don't work any more and can result in serious injury. For example, with a neck bobble, you could have a spinal cord injury.
If you want to do it anyway, that brand looks as good as the next. I would as with any lift look at the measurements and requirements closely.
