So yesterday I was lying down and all of a sudden I got this feeling in my legs and there was this tightness as well the next day I have this small cramps also a bit of pain here and there that comes and goes not bad or anything just worrying and when ever I rest I get these twitches also a bit of cramps that comes and goes I also feel like my left leg is kind of weak at times and my left foot kind of felt numb I’m just scared that my leg is gonna go like out of nowhere and that would be confirmation I have als
I also have health anxiety and had it bad for like a week before this

Thank you for replying, also I know I can barely sleep these past couple of days, I will inform my doctor of this as well, like I’ve been to the hospital (different reason) and I had a blood test and ecg and it came back clear but this just came out of now where.

Can you please tell me why this is not asl like the feeling and all were on both legs but for a while now it’s just on my left leg and my left foot and toe has this tingling but numbness feeling and all of this comes and goes.
